Structural Features
The box structure of this series of products is divided into front and rear parts. The front is the high and low pressure operation interval. The high-pressure compartment includes high-voltage terminals, load switches, no-load tapchangers, plug-in fuses, pressure release valves, oil temperature gauges, oil level gauges, and oil drain valves. Lowvoltage terminals are included in the low-voltage compartment. The rear part is the fuel tank body and the heat sink, the transformer winding and iron core, the high voltage load switch and the protective fuse are all in the fuel storage tank.

When ordering a pre-installed substation, the customer (user) must provide the

A. Box change model: European or American;
B. Transformer model and capacity;
C. Primary wiring diagram of high voltage system and low voltage system;
D. High-voltage power supply mode: ring network or terminal or other; high-voltage
load switch model; high-voltage measurement method;
E. Low-voltage main switch model, metering method, outlet switch model and
number of routes;
F. Low voltage reactive power compensation method and compensation capacity;
G. Box material: such as steel plate or aluminum alloy + color steel plate or nonmetal, etc.;
H. Other special requirements can be negotiated with the manufacturer.
